In my opinion, there are a lot of scenarios they are good for. Here is a quick run-down of desired features that make stick vacuum cleaners unique.
Bagless
Nobody likes extra baggage. Luckily, stick vacuums are indeed bagless, so this literally means you don’t have to pay or worry about running out of vacuum cleaner bags ever again. Although you can now find various copycat models with this feature, the Dyson brand was the first to introduce it onto the market.
Easy to Maneuver
One important thing to keep in mind when choosing a home vacuum cleaner is the unit weight. A normal vacuum cleaner with a cord weighs 15-20 pounds. On average, you will notice that stick vacuums weigh around 5-8 pounds.
